While giving advice to President Obama on MSNBC, too liberal for the Democratic Party Senator Bernie Sanders stated that Social Security has a deficit and can continue paying out benefits for the next 20 years. Conventiently, he forgot to mention that in 2033, Social Security will hit a massive deficit and only be able to pay out 75% of its promised benefits.

Last night CNN's Piers Morgan had a bit of an embarassment when he told former Attorney General Michael Mukasey that the ringleader of the Libya Consulate attack was released on Mukasey's watch. Morgan had to quickly change the subject after Mukasey informed him that the Justice Department has absolutely no authority over Guantanamo Bay prisoner releases.

Speaking to the House about the waiver of welfare work requirements, Represenative Trey Gowdy criticized the Obama Administration and Congressional Democrats for violating the separation of powers and warned Democrats that removing power from Congress will backfire when there is a Republican in the White House.

MSNBC's Chris Matthews accused Mitt Romney and the Republican Party of trying to win the election with racism. Matthews called voter ID laws "Jim Crow tactics" and accused Romney of pandering to racist resentment against President Obama.

The Obama Administration's earlier claim that the attack on the US Consulate sprung from protests over a movie trailer was further undermined by video showing no signs of a protest and men with rocket propelled grenades near the US Consulate before the attacks. The White House has finally admitted that the attacks were an act of terrorism.

In a clip from Sunday's new episode of The Simpsons, liberal writer Matt Groening showed his comedic balance by accusing Republicans of trying to disenfranchise voters and calling Mitt Romney a polygamist while only taking two minor comedic shots at President Obama.
